Privacy Policy
// 01What we collect
Mission Terminal only collects the user IDs necessary to operate the service:
- Discord ID and username — required for matchmaking
- Steam ID — optional, needed for TTS auto-tracking
- ListForge account link — optional, needed for army list import
- Match history, ELO, karma, and preferences you set in the app
// 02What we don't do
- We never share your data with third parties
- We never use your data for advertising
- We never read messages or content outside Mission Terminal channels
- We never sell, lease, or transfer your data
// 03Your rights
From the app's Profile → Privacy & Data menu you can:
- Download a JSON export of all your data at any time
- Delete all your data — match history, stats, achievements, preferences, and linked accounts will be permanently removed
// 04What we retain after deletion
If you delete your data, we retain three fields for 1 year: your Discord username, Discord ID, and karma score. This is necessary to identify bad actors and prevent platform abuse. After 1 year, all retained data is permanently removed.
When your data is deleted, your identity is also scrubbed from match history records — the matches themselves remain (so your opponents keep their records), but with your name and details removed.
// 05Reporting and moderation
Mission Terminal has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Reports submitted through the in-app Report a Problem screen or the Flag this content button on community posts are reviewed by our team within 24 hours.
// 06Contact
For questions, disputes, or data requests, reach out via the Mission Terminal Discord server or use the in-app Report feature. We respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.
